The duration of a flooring installation depends on various factors such as the size of the area, type of flooring, and subfloor condition. Ollie's Home Reno & Painting provides a realistic timeline for each project during the estimate process.
While we can certainly conduct an estimate virtually, we prefer, and highly recommend, an in person estimate. This will allow us to inspect and thoroughly vet out any issues that may come up during the project.
That's okay! It happens all the time! Paint colors change, styles change, needs and wants change. We can work with you. However, be mindful that any changes made during the renovation process will likely require additional payment and will also likely delay progress depending on your need. It is best to be sure and final with your choices before the start of the project. This will ensure the project can stay on track to finish on time or as close to on time as possible.
Project timelines set forth in your official Ollie's Home Reno & Painting quotes are strictly estimates. We have to take into consideration factors like inclement weather, special order delays, material change, material availability and delivery, change of direction, etc., which can all determine when the project can start and be completed. We will do our best to estimate a realistic timeline, and factor in any inclement weather and contingencies, but project timelines are NOT a guarantee.
